The use of the INCOPERFIL self-supporting curved roof solution allows for the design of single or multi-layer roofing systems without the need for an intermediate structure, covering spans from 6 to 22 meters.
The self-supporting curved roof system makes it possible to cover one or multiple padel courts at any depth. It also has multiple applications for other sports spaces such as tennis, basketball, or football. This roofing system enables year-round use of the court, protecting from the sun, rain, and general weather conditions while offering an innovative design with a warranty of up to 30 years.

HIDDEN ROOF WITH MINIMALIST STRAIGHT FACADE
A minimalist roof system composed of a hot-dip galvanized steel structure and a STRAIGHT FACADE system, which can be designed using a simple solution. This can be composed of a single corrugated, wavy, smooth, or micro-perforated profile, colored polycarbonate, or even sandwich panels or PVC textiles, available in different color finishes.
The main structure, consisting of frames every 5-10 meters, supports the primary forces acting on the roof, ensuring its integrity and stability.
The interior support profile, made of a tray-shaped profile, forms the first layer of the roof enclosure and is placed and fixed onto the main structure. This element supports wind loads and meets the necessary mechanical requirements.
The exterior cladding profile forms the final layer of the roof enclosure and is placed and fixed onto the interior support profile’s ribs. Its primary function is to ensure waterproofing and proper drainage of the roof.
