Metal Structure:
- Bottom and Lateral Glass: Metal frame made of structural tube SHS 150x150x6.0 and SHS 50x50x3.0, with one piece of 10 meters for the back and two pieces of 4 meters for the sides. The frames measure 2000x1000mm, with glass and 50x50x4mm welded mesh framed with Sendzimir galvanized steel sheet.
- Mesh Sides:
12 structural tube pillars of 100x50x2mm to support the mesh frame.- 8 frames of 3000x2000mm with 50x50x4mm mesh and framed with Sendzimir galvanized steel sheet (anti-injury).
- 4 frames of 3000x2000mm, with holes for lateral access, made with welded mesh and framed with Sendzimir galvanized steel sheet (anti-injury).
Additional Features:
- Double lateral access without doors.
- Entire metal structure galvanized and oven-lacquered with thermo-hardening epoxy-polyester paint at 200°C, resistant to salt, sand, and sunlight (anti-corrosion).
- Structure color: Customizable by the client, with the option to combine colors.
Game Net:
Made of black polypropylene with 3.5mm thickness, 43x43mm mesh with UV treatment, and an upper tensioning system without corners or salt deposits to prevent injuries.
- SECURIT Safety Glass:
Supply of 18 SECURIT glass panels measuring 2995x1995mm, with polished edges and countersunk drilling, protected with 5mm neoprene anti-vibration foam at the joint with the frames.- Stainless steel screws, subjected to a reinforcement thermal treatment and certified, with a thickness of 12 mm.
- Colorless glass, ideal for maximum visibility and safety.
Grass Installation Kit:
Includes:
- 2 cans of bi-component adhesive, solvent-free.
- 100 linear meters of geotextile membrane for joint bonding.
- Filling with quartz silica sand, round, washed, and dried, with a controlled grain size of 0.03-0.08mm, applied at a rate of 15 kg/m² (3000 kg).
Lighting System:
Supply of 4 straight poles of 6 meters in height for projector placement on the crossbars.
- Foot-level connection box for electrical wiring.
- Main power connection at foot-level for the lighting system.

Intensive use
Monofilament turf made of a 3-rib fibre that withstands abrasion better than others and therefore lasts longer. However, it is a little slower than Spotfib and requires regular brushing to maintain a consistent bounce.
SPORTEXT
Intensive use
This is the turf used on professional padel circuits. It features textured monofilament fibres for a more stable, compact surface that fosters an all-court game with a consistent bounce. Faster than Sportmono, it also requires far less sand.
