MAINTENANCE OF SPORTS FACILITIES

We act on two levels to ensure optimum conditions for sporting performance: daily maintenance and maintenance at scheduled intervals. In addition to a series of recommendations for daily care, J’HAYBER INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS provides programmes adapted to the needs of private courts, sports clubs and public facilities.

J’HAYBER INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS employs the best machinery on the market for maintenance of sports facilities with methods that prolong the life and conserve the quality of the facilities.

We perform the following tasks to ensure proper upkeep of your facility:

Paddle court maintenance

• Uniform redistribution of sand and removal of excess.
• Deep vacuuming to remove impurities and soiling.
• Decompaction of sand located below the surface.
• Synthetic fibre combing.
• We recommend three treatments per annum.

• Enhanced drainage by freeing the pores in the turf base.
• Extended useful life of the synthetic fibre due to recovered geometric dimensions.
• Reduction of fibre hardening providing improved ball bounce.
• Reduction of knee injuries as a result of compaction.

Football field maintenance

• Control of joint bonding and game lines with immediate rectification of any damage.
• Intense brushing and cleaning of the sports facility using dedicated machinery to remove organic items (leaves, paper) or inorganic materials (stones, earth, mud) that accumulate during use.
• Surface brushing to redistribute the rubber burden over the entire surface to extend the life of the exposed fibres.
• Decompaction of the rubber burden if considered necessary depending on the intensity of use and the routine maintenance carried out.
• Replenishment of the goal areas, the parts most exposed to displacement of the rubber burden.

• Enhanced drainage by freeing the pores in the turf base.
• Extended useful life of the synthetic fibre due to recovered geometric dimensions.
• Extension of the useful life of the playing surface by restoring the materials to their original condition.
